We now have some of this delicious tandoori BBQ rub on our counter. It is a classic North Indian masala blend that is a fantastic rub but can also be used to make a marvelous marinade. The rub uses top grade spices which are expertly sourced, then freshly-ground, roasted and blended in small artisanal batches. It all results in these attractive tins you can find in our shop.
Tandoori BBQ Rub Ingredients
The tandoori BBQ rub is made from all natural ingredients with no salt or sugar. Handmade in the UK it has a special blend of 14 herbs and spices including the sublime flavours of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves with fragrant coriander seeds, mint, cumin, and fenugreek. With red chill for a subtle hum of addictive heat. (This has a medium heat overall).
This BBQ rub will be perfect with chicken, pork, lamb. All you need to do is simply rub the seasonings onto your food, then grill, sauté or roast as you prefer. The alternative method is to stir the blend into some plain natural or Greek yoghurt along with some grated ginger, chopped garlic, lemon juice and salt to use as a marinade. (If you are not using it on meat the rub is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free or paleo diets. )
