Christmas is the busiest time of the butchers year. This means that in the run up to the big day we have less time available for some of our regular services.
Cuts And Trims Requests
Many or our customers like to have their meat prepared in particular ways. So if you are planning a menu that will require a joint of meat boned, rolled, French trimmed, maybe, cushioned or crowned we can help, but we need to know in advance.
