Our chickens come from Sutton Hoo in Suffolk. They rear Suffolk Whites which are derived from a traditional breed of chicken more suited to growing slowly and thriving in a natural environment. The are accommodated in mobile houses, living in small groups. Each day they can roam freely over some 40 acres of pasture. See more about our free range chicken here

Our pork is absolutely, free range pork sourced from Blythburgh Free Range Pork Their pigs are born outside and spend their entire lives outdoors in the fresh air, with freedom to roam in large paddocks with a natural diet.  They mature more slowly due to this natural lifestyle and produce a better higher quality flavour as a result.
