Good weather this weekend. Time to fire up the grill,#BBQ or #Braai ?


How about some Beef Ribs (Jacobs Ladder)? These are Scottish Dry Aged Angus, spot the excellent degree of marbling. Slow cooked these would be delicious. Start them off in the oven at a low heat or smoke them over a low BBQ (if you can do indirect heat with a lid on). Cook bone side down with the fat on top – it will self baste while cooking. V. Tasty.
