On the counter we have our ever popular range of best quality butchers sausages . These very tasty sausages have an eighty five percent meat content and excellent meaty flavour. These have consistently been a big hit with our customers. We like to stick with a winning formula in we have been using the same recipe and supplier for thirty years! A really traditional bangers.
The range comes in several different versions. We offer Plain Pork sausage, Plain Pork chipolata and the same sizes with a Cumberland filling which has such a distinctive herb and spice flavour. These sausages are local favourites – we are the supplier to the local and much loved Crouch End bakers Dunn’s who use our sausages (and other fresh meat) in their range of savoury snacks and sandwiches. If you are thonking about breakfast then our Black Pudding is for you just right for a weekend “Full English”.
If you enjoy a stronger flavour try our delicious Wild Boar and Apple which will make a marvelous supper dish.
We have many other sausage types available in fact we can take you on a geographical tour. Really meaty Tuscan (Italian) Sausage with distinctive Italian seasoning. If you are looking for some extra spice for your tapas try our two types of authentic Chorizo (sourced from Spain). For a spicy North African flavour we have some fantastic Meurgez sausages.

You might also want to try our South African specialities Boerewors and Droëwors. Boerewors is a sausage, popular in South African cuisine. The name comes from the Afrikaans words boer (“farmer”) and wors (“sausage”), Droëwors is a similar dried or cured sausage it is prepared in a process similar to the preparation of biltong. Both are made on the premises to a traditional and authentic South African recipe.
