Our pork is sourced from Blythburgh Free Range Pork is Suffolk where the animals have a wholesome free range lifestyle, enjoy high welfare standards and a natural diet. This freedom to roam and be active means that the animals grow at a slower rate (compared to a pig raised in a pen). This slower more natural rate of growth means that the meat develops a traditional superior flavour and succulence not available elsewhere. Come and visit the shop and you can buy some of this delicious pork for yourself. (Our Gammon produced on the premises is cured from Blythburgh Free Range Pork joints.)
