We cure our own Gammon here in Crouch End using the best ingredients that we source from Blythburgh Free Range Pork in Suffolk. Their animals enjoy a very natural lifestyle and diet with very high welfare standards. As a result they produce a better taste and texture for the consumer. We also offer a smoked version. The joints are cold smoked for four to six hours. This allows the maple wood smoke to impart extra depth and richness.
We produce our own authentic and delicious Biltong from a traditional South African recipe and technique using only the best Scottish Beef. We make our Biltong in a five day process of marinade, seasoning and air drying before packing - all done on our premises. We also make Droewors and Boerwors again using the best ingredients to produce a premium product.
To bring you the best Lamb at all times of year we use a specialist Lamb supplier in Londons Smithfield Market. Lamb quality from different farms and producers varies throughout the year depending on regional conditions that effect the grass on which the animals feed.

By growing at a much slower, more natural rate Blythburgh Free Range Pork acquires a traditional flavour and succulence that has been largely forgotten in today's mass produced pork.
We stock a range of high quality butchers sausages. These tasty sausages have an eighty five percent meat content and a flavour that keeps our customers coming back for more. So much so that we have been using the same recipe and supplier for thirty years! Our Beef is a premium quality range of Scottish beef that has enjoyed a traditional lifestyle and wholesome diet. These cattle are bred, raised and selected to produce the finest flavour. Our supplier is John Scott Meat a family business based in Paisley Scotland since 1968.
We are supplied direct from Fosse Meadows Farm, situated near Lutterworth in Leicestershire a stones throw from the nature park to which the farm owes its name. It is a fourth generation farm producing real free-range chickens in the traditional way – producing the best birds for customers but using the highest welfare standards. These slow growing birds enjoy a wholesome additive free diet resulting in very tasty eating.
